Mrs. Lowell's 3B Homepage

About Mrs. Lowell:
Welcome to 3rd grade! I am looking forward to another fun and exciting year of learning at St. Anthony School! I hope you feel the love and support of this wonderful community as much as I do! This is my second year at St. Anthony School. I received a dual B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Mercyhurst University. What I love most about teaching is watching students grow excited about what we are learning, and helping them to build knowledge and skills to better the world. When I am not teaching, I love to knit, and read. I also love swimming and going on walks with my family!

Favorite Bible Verse: "The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Psalms 121:7-8

For the most part, this will be your student's homework each week. We will be writing in our planners daily so the students should know what their homework is each night. Occasionally we will have other assignments that will get sent home, but please work through the above assignments each week.

Classroom Notes:

Nut-Free Room: 3B is a nut-free classroom this school year due to student allergies. Please do NOT send any food that include peanuts or tree-nuts for snack or lunch. We want to make sure that we are keeping all students safe!

Snacks and Water: Please send your student with a small snack and a water bottle each day. Students often get hungry in the mornings and we honor that by having time for snack in the mornings. Check with your child to make sure they have enough water for the day and would like a snack.

Birthdays: Prior to your child's birthday you should receive an email from me regarding classroom treats. Treats can be sent, but they need to be individual and may NOT contain nuts. We have 20 students in our class.

Covid:
For questions about Covid, please contact St. Anthony School Health Room Coordinator, Jon Gablehouse at (425) 277-6162, or email him at [email protected]
