Catholic Math League

St. Anthony School has formed a student team who compete in the Catholic Math League, a national math competition started in 1997. The goal of the Catholic Math League is to develop test taking skills in participating students that will be needed on achievement tests and college entrance exams.

Awards: After the fourth and final contest, the top three students for each school will receive a
certificate for each subject. The top student for each division (Math 7, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1)
will receive a trophy and the top school for each division will receive a plaque. National awards
will also be given for the top student and school for each subject that contains at least three
divisions.

We are grateful to former Math teacher Mr. Steve Pennington for his passion of establishing this rigorous opportunity for our Roadrunner students!
