When I first stepped foot into the halls of St. Anthony School as a brand new teacher more than a decade ago, I immediately felt the strong sense of community spirit, tradition, and a genuine focus on growing in faith and learning that still thrives today.
St. Anthony was founded in 1927 to educate the whole child by providing an excellent education that forms leaders in service to others. Our mission is "To educate children to be joyous, loving, and Christ-centered people capable of serving others and bettering the world." As we approach our 100-year anniversary, this mission is our calling to create a faith-based culture of joy that pervades through our classrooms and across our diverse school community - and will ripple far beyond our walls and halls in the years to come.
Our 2025-26 school theme is “Building the Kingdom of God.” This will bring numerous opportunities for all of us to come together to bring this theme to life. Our goal is to cultivate a vibrant culture and community committed to a shared purpose that binds us as a faith-filled school family. Every one of us has a valued place in our St. Anthony community.
If you are new to St. Anthony, we invite you to explore what sets our school apart by experiencing the school in action. Come on in for a tour and meet our tremendously dedicated teachers and staff. You’ll see firsthand why students and families call St. Anthony their school home from nearly 20 zip codes across the Renton area and beyond. We look forward to welcoming you.
For all our current families, let’s make it an exceptional year. Please dive in and attend school events, volunteer for school activities, and look for chances to share your own unique gifts and talents in support of our students and school. We deeply value our partnership and the opportunity to "Build the Kingdom of God" with you throughout the year ahead.
Together, we'll help our young Roadrunners grow and learn to put their faith into action in service of others - and be transformed along the way.
Sincerely yours,
Interim Principal
