As part of our school mission, we educate our students to be loving, faith-filled leaders who serve others. Student leadership clubs give opportunities for students in grades 7 and 8 to plan activities, lead service projects, and serve the school and broader community. These opportunities seek to empower our students to gain valuable leadership and social-emotional skills while bettering the community and preparing for leadership roles in high school, college, and beyond.
Student Leadership Clubs:
- Pep Club (Moderator: Mr. Ramos)
- St. Anthony Students Serve (SASS) Club (Moderators: Ms. Lind and Mrs. Burgess)
Pep Club: Pep Club members plan and lead events to raise the spirit and connectedness of the St. Anthony community. Pep Club design welcome posters, plan Spirit Week and other events, and help to lead Roadrunner Day.
Service in Action: SASS Club empowers students to live out their faith through meaningful acts of service. Members take the lead in organizing service projects that support our school, parish, and wider community. The club also coordinates fundraising efforts for our sister parish Ste. Anne in Haiti, helping students grow in global awareness and compassion. Through hands-on service, students develop leadership skills and deepen their understanding of Catholic social teaching.
SASS Club members welcome children being baptized at St. Anthony Parish into the church and school community by writing personalized letters to each baptized child and giving them a rosary bracelet to remember their special day.
