Welcome! My name is Carey Riggio and I am the Academic Director and Learning Services Coordinator. This is my 20th year at St. Anthony School.
The goal of Learning Services is to ensure that the school meets the needs of all of our students academically. We use a standardized assessment called the Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) to measure students’ growth three times a year. Based on these results, teachers are able to adjust their instruction to meet the needs of the whole class as well as individual students.
St. Anthony School provides additional academic testing in partnership with the local public school districts to offer services for students with learning disabilities or those who need additional support.
We also work with the public schools to provide Title 1 tutoring in math for fourth through eighth graders. Mrs. Megan Kraman, our Title 1 Tutor, supports small groups of students in math 2 - 3 times per week to review and reinforce skills being taught in class.
As a school, we employ additional online resources to help support students and extend their learning at home. Please use the links below to access these supplemental programs.
